I integrate evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches that make tangible, transformational change. I am trained in EMDR & am IFS Informed. I also integrate relational styles, self-compassion, mindfulness, & boundary skills. All of these approaches do not require you to re-tell the details of hurtful experiences. My own grief and therapy journey, as well as eight years of allied work with trafficking survivors through non-profit service led me here.
